Silvio Berlusconi: accordo raggiunto sull’eredità, ecco come avverrà la divisione del patrimonio.

Silvio Berlusconi’s inheritance for his five children amounts to a wealth of approximately 4 billion euros. This includes his 61% ownership of Fininvest, equivalent to a consolidated net worth of 2.7 billion euros, as well as iconic villas like San Martino in Arcore and Certosa in Sardinia, which was recently appraised at 259 million euros. It also includes artworks, historical furnishings, and boats. According to reports, the final agreement on Silvio Berlusconi’s inheritance has now been reached, with only formal details remaining.

The agreement is expected to be announced shortly by the children, who will then proceed with the division of shares and a possible partial restructuring of the company’s leadership and governance to implement their father’s desired division of assets. However, according to the Corriere, the modalities for satisfying the bequests of Silvio Berlusconi’s brother Paolo (100 million euros), his partner Marta Fascina (100 million euros), and Marcello Dell’Utri (30 million euros) are still to be determined.

Silvio Berlusconi’s will is clear: 53% of Fininvest’s capital will be equally divided between Marina and Pier Silvio, while the remaining 47% will be divided among the other three siblings. As for the rest of the estate, which includes villas, boats, artworks, personal investments, and bank accounts, the distribution would be roughly 60/40, with 60% going to Marina and Pier Silvio and the remaining 40% divided equally among the other three siblings. The management of the boats will be at the discretion of each child, while the division of the luxurious properties is not expected to pose a problem since they are held by the real estate holding company Dolcedrago, which will be simply split according to the inheritance proportions, with each child receiving approximately 30%, except for Barbara, Eleonora, and Luigi, who will each receive 13.3%.

In conclusion, an agreement has been reached on Silvio Berlusconi’s inheritance, and his children are expected to announce their acceptance of it soon. The division of assets will follow, with Marina and Pier Silvio receiving the majority share, and the rest being distributed equally among the other three siblings. The formal details of the bequests to other parties are yet to be finalized. Overall, the process seems to be progressing smoothly, and with the division of assets, each child will receive their rightful share of their father’s wealth.
